Message the aformentioned methods work well. HOPEFULLY you got it before it soaked into the leather seats foam - if its in the carpet (probably), it should be quite easy. dont forget, coffee has a lot of oils, so products which break down oils should help control the odor. here are some options:

1)blue coral cleaner or other (simple green, etc) REPEAT REPEAT REPEAT

2)dawn non-ultra is what i use to strip oils/wax from car, should work well to break down coffee oil. also you might try laundry detergent.

2)water/shop vac/water/shop vac/water/etc.

3) baking soda

if none of these work, here are two guarenteed but pricier methods:

4) hot water extractor - can usually be rented

5) ozone generator - breaks down smells/bacteria

guarentee you that just about all of these would work standalone. you choose based on the situation
